- An in-house hotel-run evening restaurant and bar, hirschIV, offering fine dining, great cuisine and a boutique style INTRO breakfast, which is specially geared to your personal needs and preferences. Served in the covered outdoor area in summer. Please note our opening times and book your table in hirschIV well in advance.
