This approximately 15-20 minute walk starts by Ebnit church. After about a quarter of an hour you will be rewarded with a view across the alm, characterised by patches of woodland, rock-strewn hillsides and rugged peaks. In the centre of this area is the Pfarrers Älpele alpine hut, located at an altitude of 1,270m above sea level. From May till October it is open from 11.00 – 19.00 daily except Wednesdays, (closed Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during the low season, with the opening times remaining unchanged). Kässpätzle can be ordered specially for groups, and in the autumn speciality meats are available. In addition to the standard menu, daily specials feature items such as roast meat with cabbage and dumplings, goulasch or Beuschel (stewed heart and lights).
