- What rules are in place when entering the hotel?
The 3 G rule = Vaccinated, Tested or Convalescent applies
We have prepared several disinfection islands for you and keep them at a distance. Upon arrival at the hotel and entering the restaurant, the presentation of an antigen test with 2-day validity, PCR test with 3-day validity or a doctor's confirmation or a vaccination passport with identity card is obligatory.

Access to Skyrelax and fitness will be possible again from May 19, 2021

At this point we would like to inform you about the measures we have worked out to ensure you have a pleasant, relaxing and safe holiday. As uncomplicated as possible. You relax and enjoy your holiday, we take care of your safety.
Sport is healthy. The fresh mountain air coupled with the tranquillity of nature and the Alps are reasons why you will not only feel good and recover with us, but also stay healthy!
The hotel á la carte restaurant and bar will be open again as a pilot project from 15/03.
Our entire team is regularly tested for the Corona virus.
In order not to endanger our and your health, our team works with mouth-nose protection and a friendly smile.
Cleanliness and hygiene are always of the utmost importance to us and are not just a priority now. Our staff are regularly trained and use only suitable cleaning agents.
The reception desk is additionally equipped with a glass pane.
All keys are regularly disinfected.
Pre-check-in: To make check-in as uncomplicated as possible, you can send us your registration details conveniently online from home.
We have provided additional disinfection islands in all public areas for your use.
All common areas are disinfected at regular intervals with professional cleaning agents. In addition, very good ventilation is carried out daily.
Frequent touch points points such as lift buttons, door handles, railings, etc. are regularly disinfected.
Personal responsibility and baby elephant: Distance is the most important measure - we ask you to keep 2m distance from other guests and our staff. Likewise, we ask that you observe simple hygiene measures such as washing your hands regularly with soap and adhering to cough and sneeze etiquette.
Our housekeeping staff are regularly trained on the latest standards of increased hygiene measures.
Disinfection is carried out using certified cleaning products. These products have an antibacterial and antiviral effect
Towels, bathrobes, terry cloths and sheets are washed in the hotel's own laundry facility.
RESTAURANT & BAR
Due to our generous space we are able to ensure the necessary distance in the restaurant and breakfast area.
In addition to the classic buffet, some of our breakfasts are served at the table. Additional disinfection islands are available at the buffet.
Á la carte guests and hotel guests require a PCR test and are obliged to register at the table in order to ensure rapid follow-up and containment of a possible infection in the event of an emergency.
Our chef and his team place the utmost importance on hygiene during preparation and throughout the kitchen process.
We use local products from the region and the rest of the country whenever and wherever possible - they are simply better!
We also use professional environmentally friendly cleaning products in the kitchen area.
